Qianchuan people at the Book Expo

　　On April 26, 2010, a motivational lecture on life career planning and the launch event of the new book "Why Do You Work" was held at Hall 2 of the Chengdu New International Convention and Exhibition Center. The ceremony was hosted by China Electric Power Press and organized by Xinhua Winshare and Sichuan Ansheng Cultural Industry Group. At this launch event, Mr. Jiang Chunming, General Manager of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, led the Qianchuan management team to attend the new book launch by invitation.

　　At the new book launch, Mr. Qiu Qingjian, the author of "Why Do You Work," gave a passionate speech on stage and put forward the following points:

　　1. He raised a key question that everyone must self-reflect on in their lifetime and provided a profound and detailed answer — creating value for the company is the foundation for an employee's survival, meaning the value you create determines your own value.

　　2. If everyone can sincerely acknowledge and accept this simple concept from the bottom of their hearts, proactive work and dedication will no longer be empty slogans, and ideals, ambitions, careers, and success can be realized.

　　3. When you cannot find direction in your work, feel lazy about your job, or harbor resentment towards it, you should quietly reflect on the simple yet life-meaningful question: "Why do you work?"

　　After the event, the Qianchuan management team each received a copy of Mr. Qiu Qingjian's new book "Why Do You Work" and took photos with him. Afterwards, Qianchuan General Manager Jiang Chunming stated: "Loyalty, dedication, diligence, and confidence are qualities that an excellent employee must possess and are the winning principles of work. As long as you establish a strong will, endurance, intelligence, and agility, you can find a suitable good job and position anywhere. Employees who are loyal, dedicated, diligent, and confident will succeed in any job, achieve success, and be rewarded."
