The company held a symposium for veteran employees

　　To comprehensively understand the work and living conditions of the senior employees who joined the Manufacturing Center before February 22, 2010, and to enhance timely communication between the company and these senior employees, the company held a senior employees' symposium at 2:00 PM on May 10 in the meeting room on the fifth floor. More than forty people attended, all senior employees from the first and second branches of the Manufacturing Center. Fruits, sunflower seeds, peanuts, and drinks were placed in front of everyone, and the symposium proceeded in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

　　The symposium was hosted by Chen Huilin, Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department. Deputy General Manager Luo Baitao, Manufacturing Center Director Liu Zhengqiang, First Branch Factory Director Ren Baizhou, and Second Branch Factory Director Wu Qing also attended and spoke in turn. Manager Chen first acknowledged the outstanding contributions of the senior employees to the company, calling them valuable assets of Qianchuan Wood Industry. Without their diligent and dedicated work, Qianchuan Wood Industry would not have developed to its current state. Some senior employees are pioneers of Qianchuan Wood Industry, having grown with the company since the chairman started the business in Lushan. Every step forward in our work is inseparable from their dedication. Finally, Manager Chen expressed heartfelt thanks to them on behalf of the chairman and all employees.

　　At the symposium, everyone actively spoke about their feelings during their time working at the company, their understanding of their positions, and any issues they faced in work and life, sharing their thoughts and experiences. Each speaker expressed sincere and heartfelt recognition of the company's development over more than ten years. They stated that as senior employees, they have witnessed the company's growth and, in the process, the company has provided them with more opportunities and platforms for development, allowing them to grow and improve in their work. They also emphasized that being a senior employee does not mean resting on their laurels; they must lead by example, continuously innovate, and develop together with Qianchuan. Finally, many constructive suggestions for the company's future development were put forward.

　　Deputy General Manager Luo Baitao gave an important speech at the end. He said the purpose of holding this symposium was to listen to the voices of the senior employees, reflecting Qianchuan's care, attention, and hope for everyone. He hoped everyone would offer valuable suggestions for Qianchuan's development and highly praised the senior employees' dedication, hard work, and selfless spirit during Qianchuan's growth. The company will take the opinions and suggestions raised seriously and develop corresponding solutions based on actual conditions. Finally, he urged everyone not only to love Qianchuan and themselves but also to play a key role in future work by continuously learning and improving.
