Manufacturing Center Skills Competition Results

　　To improve employees' operational skills and professional qualities, enhance their teamwork abilities, and stimulate their enthusiasm for work and learning, the Manufacturing Center held a production staff skills competition on May 25-26. The competition included three skill areas: grinding, primer application, and topcoat application. The judging panel evaluated based on the principles of "quality, speed, and cost." After preliminary and final rounds over two competition days, first, second, and third prizes were awarded. The award results are hereby announced as follows:

　　Brief Comment: In the grinding skill operation final on the afternoon of May 26, new employees Yang Jin and Bao Xiaokang, who joined the company in early March this year, although their skills and speed were not as good as the veteran contestants, showed very positive performance during the final. When the competition reached 38 minutes and 18 seconds, other contestants had finished, but Yang Jin and Bao Xiaokang were only halfway through. They did not give up and continued to work diligently, conscientiously, and responsibly until 68 minutes and 48 seconds when they completed the grinding. The quality fully met company standards and was even better than that of veteran contestants. Their dedication, positive attitude, strong quality awareness, and sense of responsibility won unanimous praise from the judges. Therefore, the company added this award.
