Qianchuan Wooden Doors Successfully Concludes the First "Skills Competition" Event

　　In order to assess employees' practical operational skills, encourage them to improve their job skill levels, foster a good learning atmosphere throughout the company, continuously enhance overall employee skills, and provide frontline employees with a platform to showcase and utilize their abilities, on May 26, a unique job skills competition event featuring "primer, topcoat, and sanding" projects concluded at the Wenjiang production base.

　　It is reported that this inaugural skills competition was jointly organized by the company's Human Resources and Administration Department and the Manufacturing Center. The competition included skills such as primer application, topcoat application, and sanding. The participants were current employees working in these positions, with a total of 64 contestants. The judges were factory managers and quality supervisors. Each project awarded first, second, and third prizes, as well as a Best Style Award. In addition to presenting banners, cash prizes were also awarded.

　　This job skills competition not only enhanced the work atmosphere and stimulated morale but also improved efficiency. Liu Zhengqiang, the company's Manufacturing Director, stated at the awards ceremony: "This skills competition is not only an assessment of everyone's routine skills but also a demonstration of team collaboration, technical exchange, and an increased awareness of quality. It can inspire everyone to engage in technical discussions and think about improving efficiency, which is meaningful for both the company and individuals in improving work methods and increasing productivity."
