  Initially, Sichuan wooden doors were mainly unfinished doors. In 2000, pre-assembled doors became popular. The headquarters is located in the Chengdu Wenjiang Cross-Strait Science and Technology Industrial Park, with a production workshop area of over 80,000 square meters and an annual production capacity of more than 500,000 sets.   Qianchuan Wooden Doors established a technical research team led personally by Chairman Luo Zhengren. Through relentless research, in 2003, Qianchuan developed the "Telescopic Quick-Install Door Frame" manufacturing method, which was granted an invention patent by the National Intellectual Property Office; on April 7, 2005, Qianchuan again obtained an invention patent for the "Universal Adjustable Quick-Install Door Frame" manufacturing method. To date, Qianchuan holds two invention patents and two utility model patents. These patents signify that Qianchuan has solved the most difficult part of factory production of pre-assembled doors, basically achieving standardization of door frame production, placing Qianchuan Wooden Doors at the forefront of technology. Currently, three more invention patents are actively being applied for. In installation, Qianchuan holds three invention patents and two other patents that have won national invention awards, and its installation processes and technologies are the only ones patented in the industry. This is a necessary prerequisite for Qianchuan Wood Industry's product leadership and market positioning.
  Fourth: Channels are king to win at the terminal.
  In building materials sales, "channels are king," and wooden doors are no exception. Wooden door companies ultimately sell products to consumers through channels, especially through storefront terminals, rather than through online shopping or large shopping malls. Chairman Luo Zhengren once stated that the brand of the product mainly depends on the overall height of the brand, channels are the foundation for brand extension, and the quantity and quality of terminal construction are the path to brand victory.
