Qianchuan Wooden Doors held the 2010 first half-year safety work meeting

　　On the afternoon of June 30th, the company's mid-year safety production work meeting was grandly held in the conference room on the 5th floor. More than 40 people attended the meeting, including General Manager Jiang Chunming, Deputy General Manager Luo Baitao, Manufacturing Director Liu Zhengqiang, Human Resources and Administration Manager Chen Huilin, Officer Zhang Junwei from Jinma Police Station, and the main heads of various company departments.

　　At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the Safety Department summarized and reported on the safety production inspections for the first half of the year from six aspects. Among them, projects that did not pay enough attention to safety production, had multiple safety hazards, and violated regulations and rules were also exposed.

　　Chen Huilin, the Human Resources and Administration Manager in charge of the Safety Department, made arrangements for the safety production work plan at the meeting and proposed the overall idea for the company's safety production work in the second half of 2010. At the same time, he required that the heads of all levels of departments attach great importance to safety production management (the first person in charge of each department is the primary responsible person for safety), organize employees to regularly conduct operation procedures and safety knowledge training, regularly inspect and eliminate safety hazards, assign responsibility for safety facilities and equipment to individuals, ensure that every piece of equipment is managed by someone, and that everyone has equipment under their name. Departments and individuals that do not meet management requirements should be notified and punished. Departments that have consistently passed safety inspections without accidents for a long time should be recognized, commended, and rewarded according to the "Safety Assessment Indicators."

　　Zhang Junwei, the director of Jinma Police Station, also emphasized at the meeting that Qianchuan Wooden Doors should further establish and improve various emergency response plans for sudden incidents. Regarding emergencies, employees are advised not to act heroically but to act within their capabilities, first ensuring life safety. At the same time, Qianchuan Wooden Doors should focus on publicizing the legal responsibilities for safety accidents. If a major safety accident occurs, the public security authorities will hold the responsible persons legally accountable.

　　At the end of the meeting, General Manager Jiang Chunming delivered an important speech. He mentioned that the summer high-temperature period is a time when safety accidents frequently occur. Safety production is a top priority project, and all employees must participate. Safety production work should be comprehensive and cover the entire process, with meticulous attention to detail. Meanwhile, department heads should implement the safety production tasks for the second half of the year based on the experience from the first half. The goal is to achieve safe benefits, not profits stained with blood. Strengthen on-site safety inspections, prepare emergency rescue plans for projects, and fundamentally prevent all kinds of accidents.
