Notice on Participating in Teacher Jin Zhengkun's "Advanced Business Etiquette and Service Etiquette Training"

　　The appropriateness of etiquette not only relates to personal cultivation but also to the company's image. To enable employees to acquire more standard and normative business and service etiquette knowledge, the company has decided that the following employees will attend the "Advanced Business Etiquette and Service Etiquette" training by Mr. Jin Zhengkun at the Sichuan Provincial Party School on July 9, 2010. Details are as follows:

　　1. Training location: Sichuan Provincial Party School (No. 43 Guanghua Village Street, Qingyang District, Chengdu).

　　2. Training theme: "Advanced Business Etiquette and Service Etiquette" training

　　3. Training time: July 9, 8:50 AM - 4:00 PM

　　4. Trainer: Jin Zhengkun (Director and Professor of the Foreign Language Department at Renmin University of China, renowned authority on etiquette)

　　5. Participants:

　　1. Human Resources and Administration Department: Chen Huilin, Xiao Hongqiang, Mo Yi, Luo Chunmei

　　2. After-sales Service Department: Wu Ping, Zhang Li

　　3. Marketing Department: Zhao Hua

　　4. Quality and Technology Department: Luo Zhengmei

　　6. Business Department: Chen Yanli, Fu Yan, Li Hongying

　　6. On the day of training, the company will provide unified transportation to and from the Sichuan Provincial Party School. The bus will depart from the company at 7:50 AM. Participants must attend on time and arrange their work accordingly. Absence without valid reason is not allowed and will be handled according to the training management regulations.

　　7. The training fee is 400 yuan per person. The company will cover 300 yuan per person, and individuals need to pay 100 yuan each (deducted from the current month's salary). However, participants are not required to sign a two-year training agreement with the company for this training.

　　8. On the training day, please wear work uniforms uniformly. Men are required to wear ties, and women should try to wear professional attire.
