Caring about employees' children's education and focusing on the development of the experimental school

At 9 a.m. on July 13, Manager Chen Huilin of the Human Resources and Administration Department and parent representatives went to Wenjiang Straits Science and Technology Park School to attend the school's organized meeting titled "Expert Guidance, Gathering Wisdom, Seeking New Development for the School." Since April this year, Haike School has joined forces with Sichuan Education College and officially renamed as the Affiliated Experimental School of Sichuan Education College. At the meeting, the school leaders gave a detailed explanation of the school's overall development strategy and direction for 2010: adhering to the principle of "two responsibilities," cultivating students with the concept of "four abilities," allowing each student to be trained with consideration of their individual characteristics under the premise of balanced development. In 2010, the school will establish distinctive English experimental classes and art experimental classes for new first and seventh graders... Leaders from Sichuan Education College, Wenjiang District Education Bureau, enterprise representatives, parent representatives, and community office leaders also spoke in turn, offering valuable opinions and suggestions, followed by lively discussions.
Currently, nearly a dozen children of Qianchuan employees attend the Affiliated Experimental School, with most parents being migrant workers. Manager Chen Huilin pointed out this situation and proposed that "schools and enterprises should jointly improve the overall quality, educational awareness, and educational methods of employee parents, sharing the responsibility of their children's education, so that children can integrate into the school family faster and better, living and learning happily."
After the meeting, everyone was full of anticipation for the next education meeting, hoping for the healthy growth of the children of enterprise employees.
