The first technical level assessment of Qianchuan Wood Manufacturing Center has been successfully completed.
In order to continuously improve employees' operational skills and the overall quality of the workforce, and to create a learning atmosphere of "comparing skills, levels, and grades," on July 7, 2010, the evaluation panel composed of the Technical Evaluation Committee leader Luo Baitao, deputy leader Liu Zhengqiang, and members Wu Qing, Chen Huilin, Mu Jun, and Luo Zhengmei conducted assessments for thirty-six employees applying for technical grade evaluation. The panel focused on a comprehensive analysis and review of the applicants' product qualification rates over the past three months, monthly output, production schedule timeliness, work attitude during daily tasks, compliance with company rules and regulations, and obedience to company management. After an objective and fair evaluation by the Technical Evaluation Committee, 19 technical grade workers were selected from the first and second manufacturing centers' mortise and tenon workshop and the topcoat workshop, including 4 Grade A technicians, 9 Grade B technicians, and 6 Grade C technicians. The company will provide corresponding monthly bonuses and issue related honorary certificates to the nineteen selected technical grade workers.
After this evaluation, the company made the following requirements regarding the results: It hopes that the newly evaluated employees will work hard in their future tasks, set an example, actively motivate their teams and other employees, and contribute their utmost to the company's development; it encourages those who were not evaluated this time not to be discouraged, to correctly recognize their shortcomings, study diligently, work hard, continuously improve their production skills, and strive to stand out in the next quarter's technical grade evaluation; at the same time, it also hopes that employees who did not apply this time will actively apply for the next technical grade evaluation, using the evaluation to demonstrate their work achievements and life value, and contribute their greatest strength to the company's development.
