The grand graduation ceremony for the first batch of shopping guides and installation technicians training in 2010 was held

　　At 7 p.m. on July 29, the graduation ceremony for the first phase of the 2010 Qianchuan Wooden Door Sales and Installation Technician Training was grandly held in Wenjiang, Chengdu. Sales and installation technicians from all over the country concluded their two-day training and were about to head to their respective work positions.

　　Mr. Luo Zhengren, Chairman of the company, Mrs. Yang Qin, General Manager Jiang Chunming, Deputy General Manager Luo Baitao, Marketing Director Feng Li, and all administrative staff of Qianchuan attended the graduation ceremony. This training for salespersons and installation technicians was organized by the Marketing Center, with strong support from the Quality Technology Department, Human Resources and Administration Department, After-sales Service Department, Finance Department, and other related departments.

　　This training event was carefully planned and prepared in advance. Finally, after a written exam, the trainees graduated successfully through their efforts, and the organizing committee selected 20 outstanding trainees and 3 excellent teams from this training class.

　　The graduation ceremony was hosted by Li Wen, Director of the Brand Office. The ceremony opened with the song "Let Dreams Fly." Chairman Luo Zhengren delivered a wonderful speech. In his speech, he mentioned that Qianchuan places the "Bright Sword Terminal Project" as the top priority among twelve key projects. This "Winning Terminal - Summer Expansion Training Camp" is a powerful tool of the Bright Sword Terminal. Such training not only enhances trainees' basic knowledge but also strengthens communication among trainees and between trainees and the company. He hoped that after returning, all sales and installation personnel would deeply understand the training content and flexibly apply the knowledge taught by the instructors in their actual work, believing it would be greatly beneficial.
