Qianchuan Wooden Doors 2010 Summer Terminal Expansion Training Successfully Completed

  On July 27-28, the 2010 Summer Expansion Training for Qianchuan Wooden Doors' Terminal Victory was grandly held at Dongfang Lucky City in Wenjiang, Chengdu, Sichuan, the Land of Abundance. More than 160 sales consultants and installation technicians from across the country participated in this training. Qianchuan Wooden Doors' General Manager Jiang Chunming, Deputy General Manager Luo Baitao, Marketing Director Feng Li, and other company leaders attended the training meeting. Accompanied by the passionate team song "Let Dreams Fly," friends from all over the country kicked off the "Terminal Victory" summer training. The two-day training covered expansion exercises, sales skills training, professional knowledge of wooden doors, motivational lectures, hardware knowledge training, and paint repair training.
  On the first day of training, all trainees participated in military morning exercises. Through training in standing at attention, running, and team formation, sales consultants and installation technicians from across the country went from strangers to united helpers.   On the 27th, Qianchuan Wooden Doors Deputy Manager Luo Baitao gave a wonderful speech on professional knowledge of wooden doors. Luo began by analyzing this year's economic situation in China and the development of the wooden door industry, emphasizing that although many wooden door brands faced difficulties this year, Qianchuan Wooden Doors maintained a good development momentum thanks to its correct development strategy, solid foundation, excellent product quality, and comprehensive service system. Luo then introduced the materials, components, and patented technologies of various Qianchuan wooden door series. During Luo's passionate speech, Qianchuan sales consultants felt the company's thriving development momentum, strong technical strength, and excellent products, strengthening their determination and confidence to serve Qianchuan and its customers.
  On the 28th, the company's Marketing Director Feng Li provided systematic training on sales skills to all sales consultants. With a lively and humorous teaching style, Feng pointed out that a professional salesperson must possess ten basic qualities and three essential mindsets. Through various practical cases, he explained how salespeople should greet customers, analyze and understand their needs, effectively recommend products, address objections, and further facilitate final sales. The training included interactive games with trainees, creating a relaxed atmosphere for learning and improvement. The company also invited experts from Yajie Hardware to conduct professional training on hardware components.
  Subsequently, General Manager Jiang Chunming conducted an inspirational training titled "Be the Best Version of Yourself," explaining topics such as believing in oneself, knowing oneself and others, identifying customers' true needs, not taking the profession lightly, and being the best sales consultant, which earned enthusiastic applause from the sales consultants present.
  During the training, participants visited the Wenjiang production base and luxury showroom organized by the host. The clean and tidy factory, advanced production equipment, and processes impressed everyone. Notably, the immersive visits made it hard for trainees to leave each spot as they observed, asked questions, and pondered, fueling their enthusiasm for learning despite the outside heat! One sales consultant said that working with such a strong and reputable manufacturer gives dealers not only peace of mind but also confidence. He mentioned plans to open two more stores in the next six months, closely following the manufacturer's development pace.
