True Execution — Building a First-Class Management Team
To further enhance the management awareness and skills of company managers at all levels, improve team execution, and build an efficient elite team at Qianchuan, on the afternoon of August 24, 2010, in the company's 5th-floor training room, a training session titled "True Execution" starting from the "heart" was delivered by Liu Yang, the chief lecturer of the well-known domestic education and training institution — Huiju International Education Group. General Manager Jiang Chunming, Deputy General Manager Luo Baitao, and 50 management personnel from various departments attended the training.
The training mainly focused on five aspects: "responsibility thinking, result-oriented thinking, wolf mentality, high standards and strict requirements, and a grateful mindset" to explain what true corporate execution is. Teacher Liu Yang was passionate, with a humorous and witty teaching style, rich body language, and frequently interacted enthusiastically with the audience, causing rounds of applause and creating a very lively atmosphere at the training site.
Teacher Liu Yang used an infectious voice, combined with many cases and management stories, to tell us:
An employee without a sense of responsibility is neither a qualified employee nor an excellent one. As a manager, one must lead by example; actions speak louder than words. At the same time, whether as an employee or a manager, one must have introspective thinking. When problems arise, look more at oneself for the cause and always remember: I am the root of everything! Execution means taking 100% responsibility and achieving results without compromise. In the work process, whether employee or manager, task-oriented thinking must be transformed into result-oriented thinking. Without creating value and achieving results, any behavior, no matter how hard or tiring, is meaningless. When explaining wolf mentality, Teacher Liu Yang shared: "Survival of the fittest" is the law of social evolution. People must have a sense of crisis, and within the company, a reasonable promotion and elimination mechanism, as well as talent cultivation and development mechanisms, must be established. He used the "Haier smashing refrigerators" case to inspire everyone, believing that running a company must be like Haier, with high standards and strict requirements. Either don't do it, or do it to be number one! How to build a brand? A first-class team providing first-class service to form an excellent reputation is how to create a brand. To become number one in the industry, first raise the standards to number one. Standards determine levels; always aim to be number one because the market only remembers the first! Performance under high standards and strict requirements is the most valuable performance. Finally, Teacher Liu Yang shared: everyone should have a grateful heart — be grateful to parents, leaders, colleagues, friends, partners, and subordinates.
During the training, Teacher Liu Yang also shared some successful corporate team-building cases and videos. "Neat steps, loud slogans, unconditional execution, heartfelt gratitude" — these excellent corporate team training cases provoked deep reflection and deeply moved every participant present. It also made us once again feel the power of the team and the importance of strengthening team building, uniting team efforts, and creating an efficient first-class team to promote corporate development.
Finally, Teacher Liu Yang invited some participants to the stage to share their insights. Everyone expressed that although the session lasted only three and a half hours, the gains were substantial and the experience profound. The training provided further understanding and insight into execution, clarified problems encountered in daily work, and recognized some shortcomings in management work.
After the meeting, General Manager Jiang Chunming fully affirmed the effectiveness of this management training, sincerely thanked Teacher Liu Yang for his passionate speech, and requested that managers at all levels apply the learning outcomes to work practice, actively summarize experiences and lessons, continuously improve management performance, enhance Qianchuan team execution, and jointly build a first-class management team at Qianchuan. At the same time, he hoped everyone would cherish every learning opportunity, actively participate in training, truly engage in the training, continuously improve themselves, and use scientific management concepts to guide daily work.
