  Reporter: As the general manager of a leading wooden door company, how do you view the current market situation of the wooden door industry?
  Jiang Chunming: I am very pleased to accept this interview. Compared to the general home furnishing industry, China's wooden door industry is an emerging and vibrant sector. With the development of our country's economy and the increase in people's income levels, the desire to improve quality of life and living environment has been realized. The wooden door industry has developed rapidly. With the growth of the general home furnishing industry, urban-rural integration, and the release of rigid demand in real estate, the wooden door industry has great development potential.
  Reporter: As you just mentioned, the rigid demand in real estate is very strong now. We also know that many wooden door companies have formed strong partnerships with the real estate industry. What specific projects has Qianchuan undertaken in this regard?
  Jiang Chunming: The strong partnership between wooden door companies and the real estate industry is mainly due to consumers' desire for quality and convenience. As a well-recognized wooden door company, Qianchuan has established cooperative relationships with many well-known real estate developers nationwide, such as Evergrande City, Jiaoda Green Ridge, and Longfor Sanqian projects.   Jiang Chunming: I believe that to solve the problem of production centralization in China's wooden door industry, the first step is to achieve standardization of enterprise production. However, the process of achieving standardization is very complex. I think it is very important for the country to strongly promote standardization through policies, and the promotion by related real estate companies is also indispensable. As for wooden door companies themselves, their management level, awareness, design, manufacturing, after-sales service, and marketing methods all need to meet the requirements of standardization. This places high demands on wooden door companies. Although the process is arduous, it is the common expectation of the country, enterprises, and consumers, and it is definitely the direction for future development. Recently, Qianchuan's new product, the D Flat wooden door, has passed evaluation and will be officially launched on the market. Compared to other wooden doors, what are the characteristics and advantages of the D Flat wooden door?
  Jiang Chunming: Our future development strategy at Qianchuan is to expand sales scale and increase market share. Increasing market share largely means meeting the needs of consumers at different levels. Our previous product style mainly focused on being steady and dignified, following a mid-price, high-quality route. It mostly met the needs of consumers around 40 years old who desire maturity and stability. But as a responsible wooden door company, we want to meet the needs of the majority of Chinese consumers as much as possible. Now, the main consumer source, young people, desire more changes from tradition; they like fashionable, simple, environmentally friendly, and low-carbon products. Therefore, after years of dedicated research, we launched the D Flat wooden door to meet the needs of this group.
  Reporter: So is the D Flat wooden door product positioning aimed at today's young people?
  Jiang Chunming: Yes. Actually, the D Flat has several layers of meaning. The first is that Qianchuan's D Flat is a newly launched sub-brand. This sub-brand mainly targets young people's pursuit of low-carbon, environmentally friendly, fashionable, and simple products. Second, it inherits Chinese traditional culture. The origin of D Flat comes from the idea that like the rain and dew nourishing the earth between heaven and earth, when the dew spreads on the ground, it forms a wave shape. When this wave shape is horizontally cut, it forms the shape of a D. It symbolizes the combination of nature and tradition. But we want to give this D new elements, and the flat surface is the most fashionable and direct form of expression for young people. We use a flat surface to express young people's needs as persistent, direct, and straightforward.
  Reporter: After hearing your explanation, Mr. Jiang, it can be said that D Flat represents youth and fashion. Does this mean that Qianchuan's future new product development will follow a fashionable and trendy route?
  Jiang Chunming: Qianchuan Wooden Door is a comprehensive wooden door company, and we continuously develop our sub-brands. Future consumption patterns will tend to be more mature and complete, and consumer demands will be more systematic. In the future, we will continuously capture new consumer demands and launch more sub-brands to more comprehensively meet consumer needs.
  Reporter: We all know that the development of an enterprise requires not only continuously enriching and improving product varieties but also the construction of corporate culture is very important. This year, Qianchuan publicly solicited a factory song through online media, which can be said to be an important measure in building corporate culture. What are the next plans related to corporate culture construction?
  Jiang Chunming: For an enterprise to achieve sustainable development, it is less about management level and more about corporate culture. Corporate culture is the driving force for sustainable development. Therefore, in 2010, Qianchuan launched a corporate culture construction project, including the factory song solicitation and Qianchuan's advertising solicitation as part of it. Afterwards, we will carry out more activities that can well develop our corporate culture.
  Reporter: Qianchuan Wood Industry was the first in the industry this year to launch the "Qianchuan Wooden Door Product Analysis Diagram" online, which caused a huge response. Besides benefiting consumers, what impact does this move have on the industry?
  Jiang Chunming: Qianchuan has always adhered to the principle of integrity. We dare to analyze the product structure diagram for consumers, allowing them to understand that our prices come from our production costs. Qianchuan's products truly include so many materials and processes. Although this move has been misunderstood by some peers, I believe this sincere and honest behavior will be recognized by consumers and approved by the country and the industry.   Jiang Chunming: We are very grateful for the recognition and love consumers have for Qianchuan. Continuously improving product quality, enriching product variety, and meeting consumers' needs at different stages are our unchanging goals. We have already started planning the overall development direction of the company for 2011. We will focus on a series of customer projects to let customers enjoy and share the benefits brought by Qianchuan's development.
