Recruitment Announcement for Mid-level Management Positions at Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd.
With the continuous expansion of the company's business and the growing market demand, the company is at a critical stage of implementing the development strategy of "expanding scale, seizing the leading position, multiple models, stabilizing projects, and boosting retail." To further strengthen management, the company urgently needs to recruit a mid-level manager with rich industry experience, strong comprehensive abilities, and familiarity with the company's business to assist the general manager in managing the Engineering Division. Company Introduction
Qianchuan Wooden Doors has over 30 years of history in wood product manufacturing, covering an area of 450 acres with a building area of 250,000 square meters and an annual production capacity of 1.8 million doors. In July 2022, Chengdu Urban Investment Group took absolute control of Hubei Qianchuan Wooden Doors, making it a state-controlled enterprise. Qianchuan Wooden Doors is committed to providing high-quality products and services to end customers, with main products including wooden doors, fire doors, wall panels, cabinets, etc. Currently, it ranks among the top three nationwide in comprehensive strength and is a major contributor to the national standard "Wooden Doors and Windows" GB/T 29498-2013. It has been recognized for sixteen consecutive years as one of the "Top Ten Wooden Door Brands in China" and has received titles such as "National Key Leading Forestry Enterprise," "National High-tech Enterprise," "Hubei Province Specialized and New Little Giant Enterprise," and "Sichuan Province Enterprise Technology Center." To date, it has over 300 exclusive stores nationwide and has established strategic partnerships with hundreds of well-known domestic real estate companies.
II. Positions and Number of Posts
One General Manager for the Engineering Division
The salary for the position will be determined according to the company's salary system and the actual situation of the appointed personnel.
Recruitment Requirements
(1) Basic Conditions
1. Good political quality, support the Party's line, principles, and policies, strictly abide by the Party's political discipline and rules, possess good professional ethics, abide by laws and regulations, be diligent and responsible, work cooperatively, and maintain integrity in the profession.
2. Have outstanding work achievements, be familiar with modern enterprise management, possess strong business management capabilities, innovative spirit, and market competition awareness.
3. Possess the professional knowledge necessary to perform management duties, be familiar with relevant policies and regulations, and understand market and industry conditions.
4. Have good personal conduct and physical fitness to perform duties normally.
(2) Job Requirements
1. College degree or above (exceptionally outstanding candidates may be considered with a high school diploma), including but not limited to majors such as marketing, business administration, enterprise management, etc.;
2. Rich experience in business development in large and medium-sized real estate companies;
3. Experience with central enterprises or local state-owned real estate resources, market system construction, and project installation and operation;
4. Priority given to those who have had systematic and in-depth follow-up or cooperation with two or more of the top 20 real estate companies;
5. Possess keen market awareness, adaptability, team leadership skills, independent market development ability, and strong learning ability;
6. Clear understanding of the wooden door and whole-house customization industry trends, development direction, competitive environment, familiarity with the basic status and processes of major real estate clients, and ability to effectively obtain industry information and integrate top resources;
7. Excellent team management and resource integration abilities, recognition of corporate culture, and ability to implement strategic objectives.
(3) Disqualification Conditions
1. Those who have been criminally punished by judicial authorities;
2. Those under investigation or review for suspected violations of laws, regulations, or discipline;
3. Those who have been subject to Party or government disciplinary actions that have not been lifted;
4. Those who have been expelled from the Party, dismissed from public office, or dismissed by their original unit;
5. Except for special positions, those whose spouses have emigrated abroad, or those without spouses but whose children have all emigrated abroad.
III. Recruitment Procedures
The recruitment process is as follows: announcement (registration) — qualification review — comprehensive test (written and interview) — results announcement — organization of assessment — announcement of intended hires — employment.
(1) Registration Materials:

(2) Valid resident ID card (front and back);
(3) Graduation certificates and degree certificates for all education levels after high school;
(4) Relevant personal qualification certificates and professional title certificates;
(5) Other relevant materials that can prove eligibility for registration.
(2) Registration Method:

(4) Qualification Review
Qualification review will be conducted based on job qualifications and specific position requirements. Candidates who pass the qualification review will enter the comprehensive evaluation stage and will be notified via SMS, phone, or email; those who do not pass will not be notified separately.
(5) Comprehensive Test
The comprehensive test includes a written exam and an interview. Overall score = written exam score × 40% + interview score × 60%.
Written Exam
(1) The written exam is a closed-book test with a total score of 100 points.
(2) The company will organize the question setting, paper preparation, and grading process uniformly and issue the written exam results.
2. Interview
The initial interview is organized by the Deputy Manager of the Party and Mass Personnel Administration Center (acting as the host). Candidates who pass the initial interview will be arranged for a second interview by the company.
(6) Results Announcement
The comprehensive scores of candidates will be announced on the company's official website for three working days.
(7) Organization of Assessment
Conduct organizational assessments and background checks to comprehensively understand the political quality or political tendencies, professional abilities, work performance, professional ethics, and integrity of the candidates. If during the assessment it is found that the candidate does not meet the employment conditions or is seriously mismatched with the position, or if there is falsification, concealment of important information, violations of laws or discipline during the assessment leading to inaccurate results, the employment qualification will be canceled. Then, based on the total score from high to low, candidates will be successively replaced. The replacement candidates will enter the reserve list after passing background checks and organizational assessments.
(8) Public Announcement of Proposed Hires
The proposed hires will be publicly announced on the company's official website for 5 working days.
(9) Employment
A written employment notice will be issued to those decided to be hired after research. The hired personnel must report within the specified time; those who fail to report and complete the relevant procedures on time will have their employment qualification canceled.
(10) Other Matters
1. Once applicants submit their registration, it is deemed that they have acknowledged and agreed to all the contents of this announcement.
2. Qualification review runs throughout the recruitment process. If it is found during recruitment or after employment that an applicant has forged academic credentials or engaged in other fraudulent behaviors to obtain examination or employment qualifications, the company has the right to terminate or cancel their examination or employment qualifications, and the applicant will be prohibited from participating in any future recruitment organized by the company.
