We are deeply engaged in the decoration field, committed to providing customers with one-stop decoration solutions. In door, wall, and cabinet installation, the company has a professional technical team and rich installation experience to ensure every product is installed accurately to meet customer needs. Decoration business is one of the company's core future businesses. We integrate internal and external resources, focusing on fine decoration business. Whether it is large-scale fine decoration for real estate or other types of decoration business, we provide comprehensive services. II. Positions and Number of Posts
One General Manager for Notai Company
The position salary will be determined according to the company's salary system and the actual situation of the candidate.
Recruitment Requirements
(1) Basic Conditions
1. Good political quality, support the Party's line, principles, and policies, strictly abide by the Party's political discipline and rules, possess good professional ethics, abide by laws and regulations, be diligent and responsible, work in unity and cooperation, and maintain integrity in the profession.
2. Have outstanding work achievements, be familiar with modern enterprise management, possess strong business management ability, pioneering and innovative spirit, and market competitiveness awareness.
3. Possess the professional knowledge necessary to perform management duties, be familiar with relevant policies and regulations, and understand the market and industry conditions.
4. Have good personal conduct and physical fitness to perform duties normally.
(2) Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, including but not limited to architecture, interior design, engineering management, marketing, and other related majors.
Age 35-48, more than 8 years of experience in the decoration industry, more than 3 years of management experience in the same position, with full-process cases of large-scale residential/apartment/villa fine decoration.
Familiar with fine decoration design specifications, construction technology, and material supply chain, with cooperative resources and industry connections with real estate developers.
Proficient in full-cycle project management, skilled in cost budgeting, risk control, and bidding processes, with a registered constructor certificate preferred.
Clear strategic thinking, able to formulate market expansion strategies and integrate resources, with the ability to innovate and implement business models.
Strong team leadership, skilled in goal decomposition, performance evaluation, and cross-department collaboration, able to quickly build an efficient team.
Strong customer orientation, experienced in high-end customer service, skilled in demand mining and customer relationship maintenance.
Familiar with trends in green building, smart home, and other fine decoration areas, with a deep understanding of industry policies and regional markets.
Strong stress resistance, adaptable to frequent business trips and high-intensity work pace, result-oriented to drive goal achievement.
(3) Disqualification Conditions
1. Those who have been criminally punished by judicial authorities;
2. Those under investigation or review for suspected violations of laws, disciplines, or regulations;
3. Those who have been disciplined by the Party or government and have not yet been relieved;
4. Those who have been expelled from the Party, dismissed from public office, or dismissed by their original unit;
5. Except for special positions, spouses who have emigrated abroad, or candidates without spouses whose children have all emigrated abroad.
III. Recruitment Procedures
The recruitment process is as follows: announcement (registration) — qualification review — comprehensive test (written and interview) — results announcement — organization inspection — candidate announcement — employment.
(1) Registration Materials:
(1) Recent 1-inch bareheaded ID photo;
(2) Valid resident ID card (front and back);
(3) All graduation certificates and degree certificates after high school;
(4) Relevant personal qualification certificates and professional title certificates;
(5) Other relevant materials that can prove eligibility for registration.
(2) Registration Method:

(3) Registration Deadline:
From the date of announcement to 17:00 on December 10, 2024.
(4) Qualification Review
Qualification review will be conducted based on job qualifications and specific position requirements. Candidates who pass the qualification review will enter the comprehensive evaluation stage and will be notified by SMS, phone, or email; those who fail will not be notified separately.
(5) Comprehensive Test
The comprehensive test includes a written test and an interview. The total score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60%.
Written Test
(1) The written test is a closed-book exam with a total score of 100 points.
(2) The question setting, paper making, and grading process are organized uniformly by the company, and written test scores will be issued.
2. Interview
The initial interview is organized by the Deputy Manager of the Party and Mass Personnel Administration Center (acting), and those who pass the initial interview will be arranged for a second interview by the company.
(6) Results Announcement
The comprehensive total scores of candidates will be announced on the company's official website for 3 working days.
(7) Organizational Assessment
Conduct organizational assessments and background checks to comprehensively understand the candidate's political quality or political inclination, professional ability, work performance, professional ethics, and integrity. If during the assessment it is found that the candidate does not meet the employment conditions or is seriously mismatched with the position, or if there is falsification, concealment of important information, violations of laws or discipline leading to inaccurate assessment results, the employment qualification will be canceled. Candidates will then be replaced in order from highest to lowest total score, and replacements will enter the candidate pool after passing background checks and organizational assessments.
(8) Public Announcement of Proposed Hires
The proposed hires will be publicly announced on the company's official website for 5 working days.
(9) Employment
A written employment notice will be issued to those decided to be hired. The hired personnel must report within the specified time; failure to report and complete related procedures on time will result in cancellation of employment qualification.
(10) Other Matters
1. Once applicants submit their registration, they are deemed to have acknowledged and agreed to all contents of this announcement.
2. Qualification verification runs throughout the recruitment process. If it is found during recruitment or after employment that an applicant has forged academic credentials or engaged in other fraudulent behaviors to obtain examination or employment qualifications, the company has the right to terminate or cancel their examination or employment qualifications, and the applicant will be barred from participating in any future company-organized recruitment.
3. If applicants fail to attend the written test, interview, medical examination, background check, or other stages on time due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as voluntarily giving up the employment opportunity.
