1. Selection Conditions
Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd., as the selector, intends to determine the 2025-2026 annual outsourced service supplier pool for Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. through a public selection process according to management work needs. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
2. Selection Scope and Project Overview
1. Project Locations: Hubei, Chengdu, Guangyuan, and other locations designated by Party A nationwide.
2. Selection Scope: Including but not limited to labor contract signing, personnel file collection and custody, employee salary calculation and distribution, individual tax agency, social security and housing fund management and payment, work injury and liability accident handling, labor dispute resolution, employee welfare distribution, termination processing, and other related work.
3. Service Period: 2 years after both parties sign the contract.
4. Number of Units to be Included: Up to 5.
3. Qualifications for Applicants
1. General Requirements: Possess a valid business license and independent legal entity status; hold a valid human resources service permit.
2. Performance Requirements: At least one similar project in the past 3 years (from January 1, 2022, to the bid deadline). Similar project performance refers to service achievements in human resources outsourcing, labor outsourcing, or position outsourcing cooperation projects.
3. Credit Requirements: Not under property takeover, freezing, or bankruptcy status in the past 3 years (from January 1, 2022, to present), and not subject to administrative penalties within Hubei Province administrative region. (Provide written commitment)
4. Other Requirements: Good credit standing; neither the applicant nor its legal representative is listed as a dishonest executor by the people's court. (Provide a printed screenshot of the nationwide query result from http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/shixin/)
5. The materials provided in the application documents must be true, legal, and valid, without any falsification. (Provide a letter of commitment)
6. Consortium bids are not accepted for this tender.
4. Acquisition of Selection Documents
1. 2. The selector does not provide mail-order services for selection documents.
