1. Selection Conditions
Chengdu Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. is the soft decoration procurement and installation project of Chengdu Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. for 2025-2027 the selector. The shortlist of soft decoration suppliers for Chengdu Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. for 2025-2027 is now open for public selection. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
2. Scope of Selection and Project Overview
2.1、 Service period: 2 years from the date of contract signing
2.2、 Scope of selection: Soft decoration procurement and installation project of Chengdu Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. for 2025-2027
3. Qualifications Requirements for Applicants
3.1 General requirements: Must have independent legal entity status and a valid business license;
3.2 Performance requirements: Must have at least one soft decoration project contract with a contract amount not less than 500,000 RMB in the past 3 years (from January 1, 2022 to present);
3.3 Credit requirements: Applicants must not have been under property takeover, freezing, or bankruptcy status from January 1, 2022 to present, and must not be under any administrative penalty period within the local administrative region (provide a letter of commitment).
3.4 Other requirements:
3.4.1 Applicants must have good credit, and neither the applicant nor its legal representative shall be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the people's court (provide a screenshot printout of the nationwide query result from http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/shixin/).
3.4.2 The relevant materials provided in the selection documents must be true, legal, and valid, without any falsification (written commitment).
3.5、 This selection does not accept joint selection applications.
4. Acquisition of Selection Documents
4.1、 Units that meet the announcement requirements and are willing to participate may register and obtain the selection documents at Chengdu Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. (No. 1111, Shuangxin Road, Wenjiang District) from 4 month 7 day, 2025 to 4 month 9 day, 2025 (excluding statutory holidays and legal holidays), every morning from 10:00 to 12:00 and afternoon from 14:00 to 16:00 (Beijing time). At registration, the following documents must be presented: ① Letter of introduction of the handler or authorization letter from the person in charge (must specify the project name for registration); ② Handler's ID card;
③ Applicant's business license; originals of the above documents will be verified and copies stamped with the applicant's official seal will be collected. ③比选申请人营业执照；以上证件核验原件并收加盖比选申请人鲜章的复印件。
4.2、 The selector does not provide mail-order service for selection documents.
