New Year's First Lesson on Integrity | Qianchuan Doors and Windows Holds Integrity Warning Education Conference
To strengthen integrity and discipline, continuously enhance work style construction, guide all employees to maintain a strong sense of honesty, and build a solid awareness of "integrity," on January 31, Qianchuan Doors and Windows held an integrity warning education meeting. Party branch secretary and chairman Wang Ning, and general manager Luo Baitao attended the meeting and delivered important speeches.

The meeting involved watching the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection's annual anti-corruption film "Sustained Efforts, Deep Advancement" and collectively studying integrity documents, enabling all employees to establish noble worldviews, outlooks on life, and values, remember their original mission, constantly self-reflect and self-discipline, strictly observe discipline and rules, fasten the "first button" of integrity, act with fear in their hearts and restraint in their actions, be loyal to their duties, consciously resist the erosion of unhealthy thoughts, start with themselves and manage those around them, adhere to principles, boundaries, and rules, always maintain a clear mind, and forever preserve the original intention of integrity.
The meeting pointed out , the entire company must closely focus on the Spring Festival, a key period for correcting the "Four Winds" (undesirable work styles). Employees should compare themselves with typical cases exposed by the central, provincial, and municipal authorities, especially those occurring nearby, deeply reflect and learn from the experiences and lessons. Any misconduct during holidays such as illegal dining, receiving or giving gifts or money, accepting banquets from management or service objects must be dealt with immediately. Strict prevention and control must be applied to disguised and mutated phenomena such as public fund dining and official trips under the guise of reception. All employees should attach great importance, raise vigilance, further enforce discipline and rules, adhere to bottom-line discipline, firmly build a wall of integrity in their hearts, guard the gate of integrity, and have a clean and honest New Year.
The meeting required , all departments, fields, levels, and links to keep the string of integrity tight and achieve the following points:
First, always tighten the discipline string and improve the ability to resist corruption and change. All departments must be highly vigilant, clearly recognize the laws and regulations involved behind these behaviors, resolutely overcome ideological slackness and fluke mentality, continuously enhance awareness of discipline and law, and know the rules, discipline, and limits.
Second, practice thrift and oppose extravagance and waste. For existing luxury and waste phenomena, strictly follow company management regulations and seriously investigate and hold accountable. All departments should strengthen organizational leadership, transmit pressure layer by layer, scientifically and reasonably control various operating costs, focus on promoting cost reduction and efficiency improvement to achieve real results, and enhance enterprise competitiveness.
Third, distinguish clearly between public and private matters, strictly prohibit false claims on public funds. Adhere to seeking truth from facts, establish good professional ethics, strictly mark the red line between public and private, and resolutely prevent the occurrence of behaviors such as embezzling company finances or reimbursing personal expenses by abusing power or position convenience.
The meeting emphasized , department heads must earnestly shoulder the political responsibility of managing work style and discipline, based on departmental functions and responsibilities, strengthen education, supervision, and management of employees.
